Sa Vi Cape
12km from the hotel, located in Tra Co ward, Mong Cai city, Sa Vi Cape (also known as Gót Cape) in the furthest north-eastern corner of Vietnam. Marked by a signboard in the shape of 3 pine trees reaching up to the blue sky, on which reads a poem by the revolutionary poet To Huu, "From Tra Co’s casuarina forests to Ca Mau’s mangrove forests”. From here, you can overlook and immerse in the crescent-shaped beauty of Tra Co beach. Located just minutes away from the cape is the Sa Vi border Information Center. Construction began in 2009 and was completed in October 2013. The Sa Vi cultural site has been recognised by the provincial People’s Committee as one of the 12 must-see tourist destinations for visitors who come to Mong Cai city.
