Xa Tac Temple

Located in Ka Long ward, Mong Cai city, The temple used to be named as Worship temple of Xa Tac (Lord of Land & Agriculture) representing Vietnam's historical, cultural and spiritual values. There are now numerous valuable artifacts being kept in the temple, most notably are the horizontal lacquer boards, parallels and three stelea. The temple was ranked by Quang Ninh People's Committee as a provincial historical site in 2005. Apart from the first and full-moon days of every lunar month, January 16, May 2, August 16, December 16 and December 18 on the lunar calendar are the five major annually events held at the temple and locals flock to the temple to present offerings to the God praying for peace and prosperity.
